Another competitive advantage of REAproperty is that we are an active member of the Real Estate Union of the Slovak Republic, which is currently the largest association of real estate brokers in Slovakia.

With its large membership base, detailed and precisely specified rules of cooperation and at the same time effective supervision, the members of the Real Estate Union are able to provide their services to even more demanding clients, such as developers, banks, state authorities or even local governments.

Particularly for large projects, the Real Estate Union’s member base creates an extremely effective, so-called syndicate (network) form of sales.

Syndicate sales are a form of sales that consists in bringing together a larger number of real estate agencies to meet the goal of selling properties quickly.

As REAproperty is an active member of the Real Estate Union of Slovakia, which is the largest association of real estate agencies and brokers in Slovakia (it currently has more than 700 members), it is able to use the potential of the enormous sales force of this large membership base for your project in the form of a syndicate sale.

How does syndicated sales actually work?

After clarification of the idea and mutual conditions of cooperation, a syndicate (group) of real estate agents is formed from among the members of the Real Estate Union. They will participate in the project (for example, when selling a large number of flats) according to precisely defined binding rules.

The general manager of the syndicate then directs the subordinate members of the syndicate. A syndicate sale can then be made up of 100 or more real estate agencies from all over Slovakia at the same time, if it is necessary to deploy a truly “extreme” force on the project.

The marketing is then carried out by the individual members of the syndicate according to precisely defined, well-synchronised rules, which are set in advance together with the client (e.g. different prices, different texts or different photos may not be advertised).

The sale is then no longer “handled” by just one or two real estate agencies, but is also sold by several dozen or even hundreds of real estate agencies from all over Slovakia at the same time. The remuneration is always paid only to the general manager of the syndicate. He then distributes part of the remuneration to the subordinate members of the syndicate.
